Worldwide orders are sent by International Signed For service.
Most services require a signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the item.
Most items (depending on stock) are shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please note: In the unlikely event that your purchased item goes missing once posted, then we will do our utmost to help you claim your money back with the shipping company. A refund/exchange will only be given if Royal Mail accepts the status of the parcel as missing. An investigation by Royal Mail will then take place which can take up to 60 days. We highly recommend you choose a tracked/secured service (Next day – UK or International Express) to insure your item arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for parcels being delivered incorrectly by the postal service if a ‘signature’ shipping service is not selected upon checkout.
International customers (outside of the United Kingdom) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
We are happy to exchange your item if it is not the right colour.
Choosing the right colour from a computer screen isn’t always easy, which is why we offer additional ways to help you ensure the colour matches perfectly with your own hair. You can send us a well lit ‘selfie’, showing the truest colour of your hair and we will do our best to match it for you.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange if your product is returned unopened within 14 days.
Before returning or exchanging, please ensure the hygiene void sticker has not been opened and the extensions have not been removed from the card. Please do not remove the elastic/ silver ties/ tags & attempt to replace them as this will make the extensions void & will not be refunded.
Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with (They can be removed from their plastic sleeve to see their true colour, but cannot be removed from the cardboard holder & ties). All packaging must be returned with any return or exchange.
A free exchange only applies to one exchange (we will ship the replacement back to you free of charge), if you need to exchange twice on the same order, a small shipping fee will apply.
You will be refunded the product price at time of purchase only, postage is non refundable. We cannot refund or exchange re-dyed/coloured hair extensions.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund.
All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase.
Please download the returns form; fill it out and enclose in package.
You will be responsible for the postage costs and we recommend you acquire a tracking number as Rock Envy will not be responsible for lost returns.
Once we have received the product and it has been inspected we will issue a refund within 2-3 days.
